Usage notes

-When storing samples in lyophilization tubes, it is strictly required that the tubes are stored in a vapor phase layer of liquid nitrogen or in a refrigerator. If the tubes are stored in liquid nitrogen, there is a risk that the liquid nitrogen will enter the tube and cause an imbalance in pressure between the inside and outside of the tube during resuscitation, which could cause the tube to burst and be biohazardous.

-It is recommended to wear a lab coat and cotton gloves and to operate on a safe laboratory bench. If possible, wear eyes protector or protective mask. Please take care as the room temperature is higher in summer than in winter.

-During storage of frozen cells, the freezing temperature of the tubes must be uniform.

Special attention

Uneven freezing will lead to the formation of frost, which will inhibit the temperature transfer of the liquid on both sides, thus creating dangerously high pressures and causing damage to the freezing tubes.
